Budget estimate

$500,000 – $5,000,000

The RFP makes $17.5 M of funding available for projects; a developer’s profit typically ranges from 5‑30 % of total project costs depending on leverage, risk, and financing structure. Assuming a mid‑size development valued at $10 M, the developer could reasonably earn between $500 K (5 %) and $3 M (30 %). Larger, more complex projects could push earnings higher, so a broader estimate of $500 K to $5 M is provided.
