NNSY LS/TR Disposal Boxes

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking a contractor to provide LS/TR Disposal Boxes. The contractor shall provide the requested LS/TR Disposal Box as required by the specifications. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract. The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items and report the required information at the time of delivery. * The contractor must provide a Technical Capability Statement, Price Submission, Past Performance information, and acknowledge and sign any amendments. * The contract has a small business set-aside requirement with a size standard of 600 employees. * The delivery date is on or before 18 Jan 2027. * The contract includes various clauses, such as the Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act and the Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements.
