Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting quotes for the procurement of one Advanced Multiplexed Eddy Current Array. The equipment should have a rugged design, weigh less than 3.5 lbs, and have a frequency range of 10 Hz – 12.5MHz. It should also have a minimum 7-inch display size, capacitive touch screen, and minimum resolution of 1024 x 600. The array transducer/probe should have a minimum of 64 elements/sensors in two roles and a maximum element size of 3 mm.
• The equipment should have a replaceable battery with a minimum of 6 hours of battery life.
• The desktop power supply should be able to power the device and charge the battery simultaneously.
• The equipment should have a loudspeaker and headphone jack.
• The equipment should have an Ethernet port, USB-C port, Micro-SD, and adapters for supported scanners and transducers/probes.
• The software requirements include a C-scan recorder, digital signal processing, offline signal change, text and voice recording, guided or assisted sensor calibration, distance compensation, harmonic analysis, and report generation.
