RFQ A/E Services Runway 13-31 Major Rehab/Reconstruction

The City of Hutchinson is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide design, bidding, and construction phase services for the major rehabilitation or reconstruction of Runway 13-31 at the Hutchinson Regional Airport. The project is expected to be a multi-year effort, with a phased approach possible to accommodate the 2029 United States Senior Open Championship. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a range of services, including project management, stakeholder coordination, FAA/KDOT coordination, and grant administration support. The firm will also be required to provide topographic and aeronautical surveys, geotechnical and pavement investigations, and civil design for runway pavement reconstruction.
