Description
The Hill Correctional Center is seeking bids for inspection and repair of facilities underground high voltage lines. The vendor will be responsible for the full performance of all specified services, including semi-annual inspections, general and emergency service for repair, maintenance, and minor alterations. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment related to providing the services detailed within this contract. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing inspections, repair, and maintenance services for the facilities' high-voltage underground electrical lines
• Conducting semi-annual inspections of underground 15kv high voltage electrical lines
• Responding to routine and emergency service calls within specified timeframes
• Providing names and telephone numbers of contacts for emergency situations
• Maintaining valid licenses and certifications during the life of the contract
• Maintaining records of all work, maintenance, and repairs provided under this contract
