Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide on-call or as-needed civil engineering services, including program support and construction phase support. The selected consultants will be required to assign qualified personnel to perform and complete assignments immediately as needs arise and complete assigned projects within the specified time. The City intends to award up to eight contracts as a result of this RFQ.
The scope of work includes providing civil engineering services, program support, and construction phase support for City improvements and projects. The applicable product categories include civil engineering, highways, streets, airport pay-parking lots engineering, land development and planning engineering, municipal engineering, and traffic and transportation engineering.
