MARKET SURVEY/ SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR Roush Lake Elevator Service Repair

The US Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is conducting a market survey to identify potential contractors for the Roush Lake Elevator Service Repair project in Indiana. The project involves performing a comprehensive diagnostic of the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and executing the repair or replacement of the VFD unit to restore system functionality. The contractor will also be required to conduct a full operational load test of the electric hoist motor, perform final system tuning, integration testing, and safety certification to return the elevator to full service. • The project is located at J. Edward Roush Lake in Indiana. • The contractor must have a current national and/or State of Indiana license to repair and inspect elevators. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. • The estimated performance period is 180 calendar days. • The estimated solicitation date is August 2026, and the estimated award date is September 2026.
