IDIQ MACC Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Southern California and Arizona

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) is seeking proposals for a multiple award construction contract (MACC) for commercial and institutional facilities at various government installations in Southern California and Arizona. The contract will be awarded to Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns and will have a total maximum duration of five years. The work to be acquired under this solicitation includes new construction, renovation, and/or repair of facilities such as airport buildings, office/administrative buildings, communications facilities, and more. • The contract will be awarded based on a two-phase design-build selection procedure. • The estimated maximum dollar value for all contracts combined is $249,000,000. • Task orders will range between $100,000 and $7,000,000. • Contractors are not obligated to accept task orders under the general terms of the contract. • A minimum of $1,000 is guaranteed to be awarded to each awardee for the performance period of the contract.
