Citywide Custodial Services for the City of Ocean City & the Ocean City Free Public Library

The City of Ocean City is seeking a qualified contractor to provide custodial services for various city buildings and facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing interior and exterior cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash and recycling containers. The contractor will also be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies, and to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas. The contract term is for 12 months, beginning on January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026. Some key services to be performed include: • Cleaning of City Hall, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas • Cleaning of the Henry S. Knight Building, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas • Cleaning of the Ocean City Senior Center, including entranceways, hallways, and restrooms • Cleaning of the Public Safety Temporary Offices, including offices, hallways, and restrooms • Cleaning of the Public Safety Substation, including offices, hallways, and restrooms • Cleaning of the Ocean City Free Public Library, including the library and loading dock area.
