The Delaware Army National Guard is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build, construction, testing, commissioning, and close‑out of a micro‑grid that will power five Guard facilities in New Castle, DE. The contractor must supply two 450 kW natural‑gas generators, a battery‑energy‑storage system, switchgear, ATS units, load bank, structured‑cabling, fiber‑optic plant, SCADA/UMCS, cybersecurity controls, and associated civil works (grading, trenching, concrete foundations, fencing, and site utilities).
