Network Attached Storage (NAS) Replacement Addendum 1

The Agency of Digital Services is seeking a vendor to provide on-premises Network Attached Storage (NAS) services on a usage-based pricing model. The selected solution must be scalable, secure, and fully managed, with advanced capabilities for data discovery, classification, tiering/migration, and long-term scalability. The contract period is expected to be up to 5 years, with a start date of November 15, 2025. Key requirements include support for NFSv3/v4 and SMBv3 protocols, multi-tenant or departmental isolation, data encryption at rest, and centralized management interface with role-based access control. • The solution must provide a scalable NAS architecture with high availability and fault tolerance. • Initial space required is 300TB. • The solution must support automated data tiering to different storage classes based on data age and access patterns. • The solution must provide advanced security features, including encryption, access controls, and auditing capabilities. • The vendor must provide 24/7 support, including proactive monitoring and incident response. • The vendor must provide a fully managed service, with no capital investment required for hardware, licensing, or support.
