Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified contractor to erect a pre‑engineered metal building (approximately 40 ft × 64 ft) and complete associated site improvements on the reservation. The work includes demolition of existing structures, removal of existing pavement, installation of a new concrete slab and sidewalks, placement of gravel and paving, utility hookups, electrical system installation, interior and exterior lighting, and final site cleanup. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment (cranes, lifts), and manage permitting, bonding, and compliance with Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) where applicable. The project must be completed within a 125‑day window (Oct 1 2026 – Jan 31 2027).
• Demolition of an existing shed, removal of sidewalk, tree stump, and existing concrete/asphalt.
• Construction of a concrete foundation and slab, installation of a pre‑engineered metal building (owner‑furnished steel), roofing, wall insulation, and interior/exterior lighting.
• Electrical service installation (200 A, 120/240 V), coordination with local utility, and provision of LED fixtures.
• Site grading, gravel placement, new driveway paving, and final site cleanup with hazardous‑material disposal compliance.
