Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide operation and maintenance support services for the Columbia Mowry facility. The contract will be a hybrid Time & Materials and Firm-Fixed Price contract. The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks such as housekeeping, facilities operations support, and maintenance trades. The contract has a base year and four option years. The contractor must have experience in operating and maintaining similar facilities and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a technical approach that meets the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must have a thorough understanding of the issues, challenges, and coordination needs of the project.
• The contractor must provide resumes and experience documentation for key management and senior technical staff.
• The contractor must have a plan for small business participation and must meet the subcontracting goals for small and socio-economically disadvantaged businesses.
