The City of Mitchell is offering four (4) identical airport hangar spaces (each 50’ × 54’) for lease through a lottery process. Interested parties must submit a sealed application form to the Finance Office by the deadline; only one entry per applicant is allowed. The lease term is five years with an initial monthly rent of $450, subject to adjustment per the lease agreement, and the lease is renewable.
