Warner Street Stairway Replacement

The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the replacement of the Warner Street stairway. The project involves the construction of a set of concrete hillside steps between Fairview Park Drive and Warner Street. The new steps are to be cast-in-place on-grade concrete. The contractor will be responsible for excavation, forming, reinforcing, and furnishing, placing, and finishing the concrete steps. The project also includes the installation of handrails, seeding and mulching of disturbed areas, and other related work. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications, including those related to prevailing wage rates, apprentices, and subcontractors.
