Notice of Intent to Sole Source: ForeFlight Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc. for aeronautical navigation flight charts. The contract will be utilized by CBP Air and Marine Operations (AMO) pilots for domestic operations.
