The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties interested in and capable of performing construction specialty trade services for the construction of a mock training facility. The project includes four new facilities at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA, with a Design-Build Done Right delivery approach. The estimated magnitude of the construction project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
• The project includes three large, open-span mock training buildings and one administration building.
• All facilities will comply with applicable FLETC and CBP design standards and security requirements.
• The project will be constructed on a currently undeveloped, forested site with existing creeks that will be incorporated into the stormwater management design.
• Work will also include all associated site development, including utilities, site lighting, paving, parking, sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewer systems, curbs and gutters, information systems infrastructure, landscaping, and signage.
