Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide Fire Watch/Tank Watch services. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor support for fire watch and tank watch activities. The contract will be for a period of 87 days, with an option to extend. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement. The evaluation criteria will include technical narrative, past performance, capacity, and price reasonableness.
• The contractor must provide a technical narrative that demonstrates their understanding of the requirements and their ability to execute the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must provide information on their past performance, including recent and relevant contracts.
• The contractor must demonstrate their capacity to fulfill the requirements, including their available manpower and utilization rates.
• The contractor must provide a price quote that is reasonable and fair.
