The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce a three‑page “Grab and Go” trifold brochure in three separate versions. The contractor must pre‑flight supplied PDF files, adjust trapping and screen settings, provide a press‑quality PDF soft proof for approval, and then print the trifold(s) to exact specifications, returning either the final film negatives or native digital files. The award is quantity‑driven; the highest quoted quantity wins, with a base contract value of $1,380 for that quantity and additional per‑100‑item pricing for larger runs. Delivery of the finished printed material is required by July 6, 2026.
• Print specs: 11 in × 8½ in trim, folded to 3⅔ in × 8½ in, matte‑coated 70 lb paper (JCP A240), CMYK, head‑to‑head, full bleed, scored folds.
• Proofing: One press‑quality PDF soft proof (content only) must be emailed by June 18, 2026 and approved within one workday before any printing begins.
• Submission: Quotes submitted electronically via GPO Publish portal by June 17, 2026 11:00 AM ET; vendors must be registered on the portal and include a mandatory W‑9.
• Deliverables: Printed trifold copies (quantity as quoted) plus film negatives or native files; each version packed and labeled separately for shipment to Charlestown, MA.
