Description
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is seeking bids for the cleaning, painting, and minor rehabilitation of existing bridge numbers 0702900 and 0703100 carrying MD 267 over Amtrak in Cecil County. The contractor performing any cleaning or painting work must have SSPC's Painting Contractor Certification Conforming to SSPC-QP1 and QP2. The scope of work includes structural steel retrofits, bearing repairs, drainage trough repairs, compression seal replacement, rehabilitation of concrete, and application of concrete protective coatings and fiber reinforced protective systems.

• All bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Express website.
• The bid opening date is February 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
• The SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
