The City of Burnsville is seeking a contractor to replace the roof of the Nicollet Reservoir and perform associated building improvements. The scope includes comprehensive work across multiple construction divisions, encompassing concrete, carpentry, roofing, painting, mechanical, and electrical systems. Bids must be submitted electronically via Building Connected, with a $22 document download fee and a 5% bid bond payable to the City. • Replace roof and related waterproofing for the Nicollet Reservoir (Division 7 – Roofing). • Perform concrete, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and electrical work as detailed in the project specifications (Divisions 3, 6, 9, 23, 26). • All work must be completed in place and adhere to the City’s bid bond and electronic submission requirements.
