Description
The City of Cedartown is seeking professional architectural services for federally assisted projects. The selected firm will provide a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR), design, construction administration, and related services for projects utilizing federal funds. The city is pursuing multiple projects, including a downtown streetscape project, pedestrian connectivity project, and a future phase of a performing arts center renovation. The firm should have experience providing architectural services for similar projects and have a strong record of successfully assisting local governments with architectural services for federally assisted projects.
