The Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking qualified, licensed contractors to supply and install 6‑foot‑tall black vinyl‑coated chain‑link fencing at multiple locations within Sallisaw Creek Park. The scope includes all materials (fence fabric, posts, rails, fittings, gates, concrete footings), labor, equipment, and supervision required to complete the work, as well as coordination with the Owner and adherence to tribal Code of Conduct. Bids must be submitted electronically, and the pre‑bid site meeting is mandatory.
• Supply and install chain‑link fence fabric, black powder‑coated posts, top rail, fittings, and gates.
• Provide concrete footings for each post per manufacturer specifications and local code.
• Perform all takeoffs, measurements, and quantity verifications onsite; no allowance for post‑bid adjustments.
• Follow Cherokee Nation’s safety, artifact reporting, and site‑clean‑up policies; maintain daily site security.
• Submit complete bid package (schedule, confidentiality representation, TERO certification, subcontractor plan) by June 17, 2026.
