The City of Coffeyville is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive nuisance abatement and lot cleanup on three adjoining parcels (208 S. Central Ave., 210 S. Central Ave., and 910 W. 3rd St.). The work must be submitted as a single lump‑sum sealed bid and includes mowing, weed‑eating, removal of inoperable vehicles and equipment, disposal of debris, fence removal, vegetation control, relocation of a burn pit, and removal of hazardous items such as exposed electrical lines. Bidders must inspect the site from the public right‑of‑way, may request a city‑staff‑accompanied visit, and must provide before‑and‑after photographs for payment.
