The GPO is seeking a printer to produce 1,795 pads of Form 4227 (Intra‑SC Reject or Routing Slip), each pad containing 100 black‑ink, one‑sided sheets on 20‑lb white paper with a chipboard backer. The work includes precise packaging (four pads per shrink‑wrap, 116 pads per carton, max 32 lb/carton), electronic label generation with bar‑codes, random‑copy selection, and strict shipping notifications to the IRS. Delivery must be completed by 18 May 2026 at multiple IRS sites across Utah, Texas, Missouri and Michigan.
• Quantity: 1,795 pads (≈ 179,500 sheets)
• Packaging: 4 pads per shrink‑wrap, 116 pads/carton, ≤ 17½ × 11½ × 9 in., ≤ 32 lb, bursting strength ≥ 200 psi, no packing peanuts
• Labeling: PDF label (Form 6153) with bar‑code, printed on white paper, affixed to one end of each carton
• Shipping: Same‑day notification to IRS and GPO; daily IRS Form 2040 transmission (no free‑web email)
• Quality: GPO Level 3 QA, non‑destructive Level I and destructive S‑2 inspections
