Municipal Court Judge RFQ

The City of Maple Valley is seeking a qualified, independent attorney to serve as the Presiding Judge for its Municipal Court on a four‑year contract. The judge will preside over civil infractions, parking violations, misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor matters, and provide on‑call services for search‑warrant reviews. Compensation is a negotiable flat‑fee rate for Year 1 with CPI‑based adjustments thereafter.
