The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking sources for accessories, tool sets, test sets, and training for Image Intensified Night Vision Devices (NVDs) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The required capabilities include providing commercial equivalent purge kits, specialized tool kits, standard accessories kits, tactical accessories kits, consumable spare parts, test sets, and training. The contractor shall provide in-country operator and maintenance user training in support of the commercial exportable PVS-7, PVS-14, PVS-31, and AVS-6 type NVDs. • The contractor shall provide accessories, tool sets, test sets, and training for Image Intensified Night Vision Devices (NVDs) • The contractor shall provide in-country operator and maintenance user training • The contractor shall provide commercial equivalent purge kits, specialized tool kits, standard accessories kits, tactical accessories kits, consumable spare parts, test sets • The contractor shall provide training that lasts five days, with at least three days of classroom training, one day for setup/class room prep, and one day to wrap-up • The contractor shall provide training sessions limited to no more than ten students, conducted in the English Language
