Description
The City of San Antonio is soliciting offers to provide a rescue first responder truck for the San Antonio Fire Department. The truck will be used to respond to various types of emergencies, including regional, state, and federal disasters. The contract requires the vendor to provide a new, unused, standard production model vehicle with all manufacturers' standard equipment, unless otherwise specified. The vendor must also provide a warranty for a minimum period of twelve months and ensure that parts and service are available within Bexar County.
• The vehicle must be a Ram 3500, Crew Cab, SRW, AWD Long Bed Truck with a camper top.
• The vehicle will be used to transport equipment and pull trailers and boats.
• The vendor must provide written acknowledgement of order placement and supply a copy of the build sheet and guaranteed delivery date within the delivery time frame.
• The vendor must provide electrical wiring schematics, literature, and equipment manuals for the vehicle.
