Special Notice of Sole Source Procurement

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Southwestern Industries for a TRAK Knee Mill Computer Upgrade. This purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to the specified email address. The requested screen upgrade will replace the existing SM2 screen currently on the TRAK Knee mill machine, and it is manufactured exclusively by Southwest Industries Inc. • The upgrade is for a TRAK Knee Mill Computer • The existing SM2 screen will be replaced with an RMX2 screen • The upgrade is manufactured exclusively by Southwest Industries Inc. • The purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures • Challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to the specified email address.
