The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is seeking a cloud‑based Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to replace its existing claims‑management platform. The contract covers software licensing, configuration, data migration of ~3,400 historic claims and 26,000+ attachments, integration with third‑party reporting services, and ongoing support. The Parish requires the system to support claims management, incident reporting, litigation tracking, loss analytics, regulatory reporting, document management, and secure check‑request workflows that can be exported via WinSCP. The award will be based on technical capability, implementation plan, cost, and a live‑production performance demonstration.
