2027 or Newer Vehicles

The State of Colorado is seeking vendors to provide 2027 or newer model year fleet vehicles. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with an optional extension period. Vendors must meet standard specifications for the vehicle body code(s) and provide a full factory warranty. The State intends to acquire approximately 545 total vehicles and 151 patrol vehicles. Key features of the contract include: • Vehicles must meet current federal emission standards • The proposed vehicle warranty period must be at least 3 years or 36,000 miles • Dealer-installed alternative fuel conversions are not acceptable unless otherwise noted • Vendors must provide a list of available interior and exterior colors for each manufacturer's quoted vehicles • Vehicles must be delivered with all manufacturer standard new vehicle equipment and must be in compliance with the 2027 or newer Vehicle Specifications for each body code and any purchase order
