Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide two state-of-the-art blood gas analyzers and lease renewal for one existing blood gas analyzer for its laboratory operations. The required analyzers must be capable of delivering high-throughput, low-volume sample analysis with precision and reliability. The contract must also include a full-service maintenance program with preventive and corrective actions, all consumables, and performance monitoring to ensure continuous availability without clinical interruption.
• The analyzers must meet specific salient characteristics, including being bio-safe, cartridge-based, and having automatic calibration and clot detection capabilities.
• The contractor shall provide turnkey delivery and installation, all necessary consumables, full-service preventive and corrective maintenance, comprehensive warranty coverage, and 24/7 remote and on-site technical support.
• The contract period is for 60 months, with four option years.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations.
