Description
The US Air Force is conducting market research to identify possible sources for a Nitrogen Generation system. The system should provide clean and reliable N2 to multiple laboratories, with a minimum nitrogen flow rate of 400 scfh @ 99.5% purity. The system must meet specific technical requirements, including a membrane type nitrogen generator, cabinet design, and automatic on/off switch. The contractor must provide documentation, including general system design, operation manual, and certification documentation. Installation and training are not required. The delivery address is AFIT/ENY, 2950 Hobson Way, Bldg 640, WPAFB, OH 45433.
• Minimum nitrogen flow rate of 400 scfh @ 99.5% purity
• Nominal nitrogen discharge pressure: 125 +/-25 psig
• Membrane type nitrogen generator
• Cabinet design
• Flow/ purity control valve to maintain purity regardless of downstream pressure
• Pressure gauges: air & nitrogen
• Oxygen analyzer
• Automatic on/ off switch based on demand
• System size requirements and weight: maximum dimensions of the unit may not exceed 10’H, 82”W, 36”D, not greater than 1000 lbs
