DEER VALLEY AIRPORT MASTER PLAN UPDATE

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional services for an update to the Deer Valley Airport Master Plan. The project involves assessing community airport goals and regional aviation needs, preparing an inventory of existing facilities, developing forecasts of future aviation demand levels, determining facility requirements, analyzing alternative development scenarios, and assessing existing compatibility controls. The selected team will be expected to provide a final master plan report and executive summary, and to comply with federal requirements and contract provisions. The project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
