The United States Air Force is seeking to purchase and install a Hussey Seating Maxim wall-attached telescopic bleacher system at Tinker AFB's Youth Center. The system must be approximately 45 feet in length and include integrated ADA-compliant wheelchair seating locations with companion seating, aisle handrails, end rails, and all required safety features. The replacement bleacher system must be fully compatible with the existing gymnasium dimensions, wall-mounted configuration, structural loading requirements, operating clearances, and existing facility layout without requiring major structural modifications. The selected vendor will be responsible for demolition and removal of the existing bleachers, installation of the new system, and on-site operational and safety training. • The system must meet specific physical dimensions, material, and construction requirements. • The vendor must provide a comprehensive warranty and on-site training. • The installation must be executed by a factory-certified installer. • The system must conform to IBC and ICC 300 load ratings. • The vendor must provide a statement of capabilities, including experience with similar projects and technical skills.
