Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

Given the information provided, it's difficult to estimate the exact budget for this contract. However, considering the scope of work, which involves on-site testing and analysis, and the requirement for the contractor to provide a written report, the budget is likely to be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to have specialized equipment and expertise to conduct the DHA, and that the report will require significant time and effort to prepare. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements of the contract and the qualifications of the contractor.
