Description
The City of Dayton is seeking bids for the purchase of an 8,500 LB. GVWR Ford Transit T150 Medium Room Cargo Van. The van should have a long wheelbase, rear-wheel drive, and a single rear wheel configuration. It should also have a medium roof, long cargo body, and manufacturer's standard tinted glass in all windows. The vehicle should be equipped with a gasoline engine, heavy-duty automatic transmission, and a rear axle ratio of 3.73:1. The van should also have a premium DC to AC pure sine wave 5500-Watt, 25 Amp commercial vehicle inverter kit and dual 120-volt GFI outlets. The bid should include the price of the vehicle, as well as any additional features or options.
• The vehicle should be new and unused
• The vehicle should meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• The vehicle should have a warranty of at least 3 years or 36,000 miles
• The vehicle should be delivered fully assembled and service-ready
• The bid should include all shipping costs to the point of delivery
