Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide temporary pumping services for the sewage lift station at the Elephant Butte Historic District (EBHD) Dam Site Recreation Area. The contractor will be required to pump sewage from the lift station on a regular basis, with the possibility of emergency or as-needed pumping. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor will be expected to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. The contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose quote represents the best value in terms of technical approach, past performance, and price.

• The performance location is 55 Dam Site Road, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.
• Standard pumping services will occur during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Emergency or as-needed pumping may be required outside these hours, with prior approval from the Reclamation Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• The contractor will be required to submit a technical capability statement, past performance information, and a price quotation in response to this RFQ.
• The contract will include an option for an additional year of service, with the possibility of renewal.
