Description
Hall County Government is seeking qualified contractors to provide a complete roof replacement at the North Hall Community Center. The project involves removing and disposing of existing roofing and insulation materials, preparing the deck for new insulation, and installing new insulation and 60-mill TPO roofing. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the project. The contract term will be from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed until substantial completion and final inspection by the County’s project manager.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Removing and disposing of existing roofing and insulation materials
• Preparing the deck for new insulation
• Installing new insulation and 60-mill TPO roofing
• Providing a 5-year workmanship warranty and a 20-year manufacturer warranty
• Maintaining a sufficient workforce for the project and having a succession plan in place
• Having experience with installing TPO roofing materials
• Being able to provide daily work schedules and checklists for completed work
