Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from owners, landlords, and representatives of available space that can meet the requirements for a clinical outpatient Vet Center in Gainesville, Florida. The space should have a minimum of 3,568 square feet and a maximum of 4,311 square feet. The lease term is expected to be 20 years, with a firm term of 5 years. The space must meet VA and GSA lease standards and provide enhanced privacy, robust telecommunications infrastructure, controlled public access, and Facility Security Level (FSL) II security systems. The Government intends to evaluate EOIs based on capability to meet requirements, anticipated tenant improvement costs, and overall best value.
