The University of Florida’s College of the Arts is seeking a landlord to lease approximately 6,500‑8,500 usable square feet within 2 miles of campus for its GradHaus program. The space must accommodate 25 design studios, administrative offices, a lecture area, industrial sink, eye‑wash station, break room, storage, parking (≥25 spaces), accessible restrooms, ventilation, and flammable‑material storage. Desired occupancy is May 1 2028 with an initial five‑year lease term and two optional two‑year renewals. Landlords must submit detailed proposals covering location, size, rent schedule, operating expenses, improvement allowances, rent abatements, parking, access, signage, and lease‑template compliance.
