2026 Professional Services

The Township of Verona is seeking proposals for professional services, including affordable housing attorney, affordable housing planner, appraisal services, auditor, bond counsel, grant writer, health insurance broker, open space/preservation advisor, labor counsel, planning board attorney, planning board planner, redevelopment area financial analyst, redevelopment attorney, redevelopment planner, rent board attorney, risk manager/consultant, special/conflict counsel, tax attorney, township architect, township attorney, township engineer, township planner, and zoning board attorney. The successful proposer will provide these services for a period of one year. • The proposer must submit two originals and one digital copy of their proposal. • The proposer must provide documentation of professional liability/malpractice coverage. • The proposer must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. • The proposer must submit a statement of ownership disclosure. • The proposer must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
