Global Tires Program 2.0

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking feedback from industry on the Global Tires Program 2.0 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Initiative. Interested vendors should review the attached documents, including the RFI information, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and List of NSNs to be covered. The DLA is considering hosting an industry day to allow potential vendors to ask questions about the upcoming acquisition. • The acquisition requires an investment of approximately $50M upfront for the purchase of tires. • The DLA is seeking feedback on whether an industry day would be beneficial for potential vendors. • The industry day would allow for questions and answers, with the Q&A posted on the DLA Global Tires website afterwards. • The RFI information attachment provides instructions on how to respond to the RFI.
