Stormwater Pump Stations Nos. 3,4,6,7,8 and 9 Improvements

The Village of Wellington is seeking bids for the rehabilitation and improvements to Stormwater Pump Stations Nos. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9. The project includes selective demolition, replacement and upgrade of pump motor electrical controls, control panels, monitoring equipment, backup power connections, lighting, cameras, ventilation systems, and related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and site improvements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, testing, startup, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. • The project requires the contractor to maintain stormwater pump station operation and flood protection throughout construction. • The contractor must ensure project sequencing, coordination with Village operations, and protection/restoration of existing facilities as required. • The bid documents and specifications are available for download. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 am local time via www.goto.com/meeting/join (Meeting ID 587-405-373).
