The 2026 Kaolin Park Expansion - Sitework Package project involves site work, demolition, grading, erosion control, storm drainage, and utility installation. The project covers approximately 71 acres of land and includes the construction of a stormwater management facility, sidewalks, curbing, and gutters. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference, and bidders must submit a sealed lump sum bid.
