Fire Station #3 HVAC & Restroom Remodel

The City of Mankato is seeking contractors to complete a comprehensive remodel of Fire Station #3, focusing on both mechanical and restroom upgrades. The project includes replacing existing HVAC equipment with a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, installing an energy recovery ventilator (ERV), updating water heating and boiler systems, and fully renovating the restroom facilities with new fixtures, tiling, lighting, and cabinetry. This construction effort aims to improve energy efficiency, meet code requirements, and modernize the fire station’s interior spaces. • Replace existing HVAC unit with VRF system and install ERV for improved ventilation. • Renovate restroom spaces: new shower rooms, lavatory cabinets, ceramic tiles, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. • Upgrade water heating and condensing boiler, and perform associated mechanical and electrical work.
