Description

The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority is seeking a Construction Management at-Risk (CMAR) firm for the Phase 1 – Bosque Water Reclamation Facility project. The project is expected to be completed in 60 months, and the total cost for CMAR services is currently budgeted at $290,000,000. • The project will include the construction of a new treatment and reclamation facility, including a diversion structure, headworks, membrane bioreactor, disinfection, and outfall to the Rio Grande. • The CMAR will be responsible for developing a project management plan, including a project schedule, and for performing risk management and mitigation activities. • The CMAR will also be responsible for procuring and managing equipment and subcontractors, and for self-performing certain elements of the project scope. • The project will require compliance with various federal and state regulations, including the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act. • The CMAR will be required to provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.
