Training and Delivery of VCS-VERT Workflow and Material Requirements

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP FLCSI Naples, Italy, is seeking a contractor to provide training and delivery of the VCS-VERT workflow and material requirements for the Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) EURAFCENT. The contractor will conduct a 10-day in-person training event in Ghana, providing training on the deployment and validation of the VCS-VERT platform for vertebrate viruses. The contractor will also deliver all necessary items, including training material, and provide expert technical guidance on the proper storage, handling, and quality control testing of all critical reagents. • The training will be conducted at the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research in Accra, Ghana. • The contractor will provide training on the wet-lab procedures and bioinformatics analysis. • The contractor will deliver digital copies of all validated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering the entire wet-lab process. • The contractor will provide remote bioinformatics analysis and deliver summary reports for data submitted by the Government.
