Description
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the rental of two Marsh Master machines, including an amphibious marsh buggy with cutter and trailer, and an amphibious marsh buggy with compatible cutter, roller chopper, disk, and tilt trailer. The machines must be compatible with existing SCDNR-owned attachments. The contract period is estimated to be 12 months, starting on April 3, 2026, and ending on April 2, 2027. The bidder must submit a signed copy of the solicitation form with their offer and agree to be bound by the terms of the solicitation.
• The bidder must provide the manufacturers' model numbers for the Marsh Buggy with cutter and trailer, and the Marsh Buggy with cutter, disk, roller chopper, and tilt trailer.
• The bidder must provide the total cost of the monthly rental for each machine.
• The bidder must provide the delivery and return transportation costs for each machine.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable provisions of the South Carolina Code of Laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a Subcontractor Identification Form if they intend to use subcontractors.
