Chan Gurney Airport Douglas Avenue Utility Expansion

This project involves a comprehensive utility expansion along Douglas Avenue serving Chan Gurney Airport. The City of Yankton will award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder for the design‑build installation of a new 6‑inch PVC water main, an 8‑inch PVC sanitary sewer main, associated manholes, traffic‑control, excavation, pavement removal, back‑filling, concrete paving, and site‑wide erosion and storm‑water controls. The work will require coordination with One‑Call, compliance with the City’s Storm‑Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and delivery of performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price.
